Jesse helped me execute the purchase an apartment building in a new market we were looking to expand our holdings in. His resourcefulness and 'can do' attitude were keys to getting the deal closed. As an example, sewer line obstructions became apparent during due diligence. Due to his efforts, we received a new sewer connection/right of way lateral at the city's cost.
